1. About Nordic Game Space

Nordic Game Space (nordicgamespace.com) is a free social casino entertainment platform operated from Rauhankatu 8, 20100 Turku, Finland. The platform provides casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved at any point. Virtual coins used in our games have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.

By accessing or using Nordic Game Space, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

4. Account Registration

Accounts can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage data or using the account deletion tool on our Responsible Gaming page.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The Nordic Game Space name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary. Use of our brand elements without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nordic Game Space is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform. Virtual coin balances may be reset or lost due to technical issues, browser data clearing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Because no real money is involved, any loss of virtual coins carries no financial consequence whatsoever.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, Nordic Game Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Because Nordic Game Space is a free service with no financial transactions, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed zero euros (€0), as no financial exchange takes place.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish consumer protection law (Kuluttajansuojalaki).

9. Finnish Consumer Protection

As a service provided to Finnish and EU consumers, we acknowledge the rights provided under Finnish consumer protection legislation (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978 and subsequent amendments) and EU consumer protection directives. However, as Nordic Game Space is a free service with no financial transactions, many consumer protection provisions relating to purchases and contracts for paid services do not apply.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and EU law are not affected by these terms.
